CONTEST RULES
All Fanart submitted in the Contest (each, collectively, an “Entry”) must comply with the following guidelines:(a) All entries must be of Synthesizer V characters only.(b) The Entry must be posted on Twitter, Instagram or Tiktok with the hashtag #SynthVShowtime_FanartContest to be viable. Entries that do not include it will be disqualified. Entry must be registered in the submission form. Entry must be submitted by July 27th, 11:59 PM PST (UTC -08:00).(c) There can only be one Entry per person. Subsequent submissions will still be included in the zine, but will not be judged.(c) The Entry must be original, must have been created by the entrant and must not previously have been published or publicly displayed before the creation of this contest.(d) The Entry must not contain any material that would violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including without limitation copyrights, trademarks or rights of privacy or publicity, or that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.(e) The Entry must NOT contain any material that deems unlawful, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, offensive, contains or depicts nudity or depicts sexual activity, or is otherwise inappropriate for public viewing.

CONTEST GUIDELINES(a) The theme for the contest is "Backstage". Entries are expected to incorporate this theme.(b) Ideally, the entry should be in A4 with a portrait orientation. The judgment of the entry will not be influenced if the entry does not follow the specifications, but the entry might be cropped and/or of lower quality in the zine.(c) Entries may include digital art, traditional art, and MMD/3D renders. Refrain from doing collages of other people's illustrations or official art. Do note that while we accept videos and GIFs, the entry in the zine will be a still image. Traditional entries should be cleanly scanned to avoid loss of quality.(d) All the entries will be included in the concert zine, and the winning entry will serve as the cover art for the fan art section. All artists will be credited accordingly.(e) Synthesizer V voicebanks that do not appear on the setlist may still be included in the entry.(f) We have a fixed set of designs of Dreamtonics voicebanks used in the concert. Please refer to the link below for reference images of these designs. Other designs are permitted to be used, and in doing so will not influence the judgment, but using our set designs is preferred.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF FINALISTSFollowing the conclusion of the Entry Period, judges will judge each entry based on the following criteria
(the “Selection Criteria”):
originality (25%); creativity (25%); relevance to Contest theme (25%); and overall impression (25%).The Entry that receives the highest rating by the Judges based on the Selection Criteria will be the potential Grand Prize winner. Two runner up prizes will be available. These prizes are worth 15 USD.
The default grand prize of 1 non-Taobao exclusive Synthesizer V item may be substituted with a 40 USD prize.All cash prizes will be through PayPal.If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) days of the initial notification attempt, they may be disqualified, and the prize awarded to an alternate winner.
